Refund policy
We hope you love your purchase!
But just in case you change your mind, we give you 7 days to return an item, or 30 days to exchange it from the delivery date for a full refund or exchange (original shipping fees won't be refunded).
*Please note the following details before making a purchase or submitting a return request:
Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging, including any documents or certifications provided.
Unfortunately we cannot return items that have been customized or personalized, including items that have been sized or made-to-order.
Gift Cards, Jewelry Cleaners, and items marked Final Sale also cannot be returned.

*Art Jewelers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We strongly recommend shipping with insurance and signature confirmation, as well as disguising our name by using "Art Designs" rather than "Art Jewelers" to discourage someone from tampering with your package.

Sizing
We encourage you to make your purchase in "Stock Size" to avoid it being non-returnable. We are happy to size an item after you've received it and you're sure you want to keep it! :) Just reach out to Info@artjewelers.com with your name and order number, and we will email a return return label to you. If you're local please feel free to visit us in store and we can get you taken care of right away.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
